PTO & Leave

  • Hourly craft personnel will receive 7 days off with pay as follows:

    • New Year's Day

    • Memorial Day

    • Independence Day

    • Labor Day

    • Thanksgiving Day

    • Christmas Day, Floating Holiday

    Salaried and office hourly team members will receive a day off with pay on each of the following recognized holidays:

    • New Year’s Day plus the day before or after the weekend if the holiday falls on Tuesday or Thursday Memorial Day

    • Independence Day plus the day before or after the weekend if the holiday falls on Tuesday or Thursday

    • Labor Day

    • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after

    • Christmas Day plus the day before or after the weekend if the Holiday falls on Tuesday or Thursday

    • Floating Holiday

    All team members working at least 30 hours per week will be eligible to take Paid Parental Leave as described below. Team members will be eligible for Paid Parental Leave after they have completed 180 calendar days of service with Haselden and have no significant discipline issues within the last six months. Paid Parental Leave must be completed within three months of the birth of the baby or adoption of the child.

    Leave Provision – Team members that meet the eligibility requirements will be entitled to paid parental leave at 100% of their current salary as follows:

    Salaried Team Member:

    Birth Mother - 5 weeks

    Father, Domestic Partner, or Adoptive parent: 2 weeks

    Hourly Team Member:

    Birth Mother - 2 weeks

    Father, Domestic Partner, or Adoptive parent: 1 weeks
