Accident Insurance

•Accident insurance can help you pay expenses that may follow an accident, including out- of-pocket health care costs. This plan pays benefits if you are injured in an off-the-job accident. You may also purchase coverage for your spouse and/or dependent children.

Coverage Options

  • Employee: $10,000 or $20,000

    • Spouse: 50% of employee’s election, maximum

    $10,000

    • Dependent children to age 26: $2,500 or $5,000

Critical Illness Insurance

Critical illness insurance provides a lump-sum, cash benefit if you are diagnosed with a covered illness. The benefit amount you receive is based on the level of coverage you purchase. You may also purchase coverage for your spouse and/or dependent children. You can use the money you receive however you would like, including to help you pay your mortgage, pay your deductible, seek experimental treatment, or for any other expenses.

Hospital Indemnity Insurance

Hospital indemnity insurance helps when you or your covered dependents have a hospital stay for any covered accident or illness. While health plans may cover direct costs associated with an illness or injury, you can use your hospital indemnity benefits to help cover related expenses like lost income, childcare, deductibles and copays . There are two hospital indemnity plan options you can choose from, the Low Plan and the High Plan. You may also purchase coverage for your spouse and/or dependent children.
